Main stays

Farmer’s Daughter Pale Ale
Fair in colour with biscuit, light crystal and honey malts, this carefully crafted ale has an unforgettable body. Her citrusy notes make her tart and sweet, but she has just enough bitterness to keep you on your toes.

ABV: 4.5%

Fire N’ Fury Red Ale
Like most great things in life, there is more to the ale than what meets the eye. White its amber hue can come off as furious, its smooth caramel notes add sweetness to its character.

Technical Specifications
IBU: 35
ABV: 5%

Shotgun Wedding Brown Ale
We've forced the union of chocolate and caramel to create an ale that's smooth and savoury on the palate. With nutty hints and the bitterness of hops, this matrimony of flavours is sure to bring a kick to even the most tense of reception parties.

IBU: 45
ABV: 5.5%

Pony UP - Session Ale
Our Session Ale is double dry hopped using Falconers Flight and Azacca. The beer itself is light in colour, bitterness and alcohol, but not in flavour. The intention of this beer is to turn the concept of a beer that is "too hoppy" on its head. It is quite fruity with the base hops providing for a fruit punch like flavour. Both Azacca and Falconers Flight were used in the kettle, so the dry hop accents those flavours by bringing out the aroma.

Dubbel Trouble - Belgian Double IPA
Dubbel Trouble is a rich, complex beer boasting a mahogany colour topped with a light tan head. With a mild Belgian spiciness up front, and subtle notes of caramel and raisin within the body, Dubbel Trouble is well balanced in its flavour, yet leans towards a maltier profile. Mild notes of chocolate and dark fruit round of the flavour profile, ending with a medium mouth-feel and vibrant carbonation.
